For over 30 years as a dedicated professional in the real estate industry and a vast amount of experience, I will bring more to the table than your typical agent.
For more than 12 of those years, I worked on site for two of the largest publicly traded Developers in the Nation, Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. This not only educated me to have an extensive understanding of New Construction, from Condo's to Luxury homes. The position also provided me with the opportunity to sell thousands of homes, work with so many wonderful families, appreciation for the importance of providing the best customer service possible and the honor of becoming the Regional Sales Trainer for Pulte Homes for over 4 years.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, the number one Real Estate Company in the Country, I was Managing Director for Addison Wellesley Real Estate in Maynard, MA. I was Responsible for all aspects of marketing and Sales of Residential Listings and the Leasing of over 1.5 Million Square Feet of Commercial Office Space.

FOR SELLERS: This experience taught me much more than general real estate could ever offer. I mastered the skill to do extensive market studies to determine true market value for entire projects; I worked with many professional designers to set up model homes, which provided the experience necessary to properly assist you in preparing and staging your home, to aid in producing the maximum return on your home. I assisted in development of marketing strategies and design of marketing materials and how to implement them. With this experience and the technology and design center which RE/MAX provides for me, I have all the tools necessary to maximize market exposure for your home. Once your home is listed, you can count on the fact that I have been well trained on qualifying the buyers, how to identify and point out the important features of your home and present the benefits of those features to the buyers. In addition, together we will also identify any possible objections a buyer may have with your home, this will prepare me to overcome the objections, prior to them coming up. There is a natural sequence of events that must take place during the presentation of the home, which earns the REALTOR® the right and obligation to the buyer, to ask for the sale. You need a REALTOR® that knows how to identify the qualified buyer, their wants and needs and why your home could be a fit, and then close the sale at a fair price and a win/win conclusion for both parties.
FOR BUYERS, this same sequence will take place, I will provide you the information necessary to get a pre-approval, so that once we find the right home for you, you're ready. I will work with you to discover your wants and needs, so that I can properly council you on identifying the properties that are likely to be the best fit. Your time is valuable, it is important that we are prepared before going out into the market. I will present the home and help you to determine and weigh the features that benefit you and the possible issues that you might struggle with, this will help us to determine the correct offer to be made on your property of choice and prepare me to negotiate the best price on your behalf.
